Dein Job bei uns:• Als Art Director/Motion Designer bei Achtung! Alive entwickelst und gestaltest du visuell starke Kampagnen, Markenauftritte und kreative Kommunikationsideen – von der ersten Skizze bis zur finalen Umsetzung.
• Du konzipierst und gestaltest Kampagnen, Social Media Inhalte und PR-Stunts für digitale, soziale und klassische Medien.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Content-Producern, Strateg*innen und Berater*innen zusammen.
• Du findest Ideen und treibst die kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer Marken und Kund*innen voran.
• Du behältst Trends und Innovationen im Blick und bringst sie mutig in die Umsetzung.
• Du setzt Motion Design gezielt ein, um Ideen und Storys in Bewegung zu bringen.

Wir haben ein Match, wenn Folgendes auf dich zutrifft:
• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Arter oder Motion Designer in einer vergleichbaren kreativen Position mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld.
• Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Motion Design und bringst Animationen mit Konzept zum Leben.
• Du bist erfahren in der Kreation von Social Media Inhalten bzw. digitalen Content, insbesondere im Bereich Motion für Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Deine Konzepte und Designs präsentierst du souverän und mit Leidenschaft anspruchsvollen Markenentscheidern.
• Dein Portfolio zeigt, dass du visuelles Kommunikationsverständnis, Konzeptstärke und Designqualität vereinst.
• Tools wie die Figma oder die Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) sind dein tägliches Handwerkszeug.
