We’re looking for an intermediate Art Director who wants to create ads that turn heads. If you’re ambitious, humble, detail-oriented, and in love with great design, we already can’t wait to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Work with copywriters to create fresh, impactful multi-platform communication campaigns—both in Québec and nationwide.

• Design polished, original art directions that align with the strategy and client brief.

• Act as the guardian of our brands by rigorously ensuring their standards are respected.

• Deliver high-standard visuals by ensuring precision in layout, typography, color, and production specifications.

• Take part in video productions, from concept through delivery.

• Juggle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in art direction or visual design within an agency or an in-house creative team.

• Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven work, integrated campaigns, and design.

• Understanding of production and creative processes.

• Strong command of typography, composition, color theory, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and instill confidence during presentations.

• Team player who collaborates closely with other departments (strategy, technology, account/service).

• Bilingual (French/English).

Responsabilités

• Travailler avec des rédacteurs.rices afin de créer des campagnes de communication multi-plateformes, rafraîchissantes et impactantes.
Autant au Québec qu’au national.

• Designer des directions artistiques léchées et originales,
qui respectent la stratégie et le brief-client.

• Être le.a gardien.ne de nos marques en s’assurant rigoureusement de respecter leurs normes

• Livrer un visuel de haut standard en assurant la précision de la mise en page, la typographie, la couleur et les spécifications de production.

• Participer à des productions vidéo, de la conception jusqu’à la livraison.

• Jongler entre plusieurs projets et priorités à la fois.

Exigences

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en direction artistique ou en design visuel au sein d’une agence ou d’une équipe de création interne.

• Voir chaque nouveau défi comme une nouvelle opportunité de d’innover et de s’amuser

• Portfolio fort mettant en lumière du travail axé sur les concepts, les campagnes intégrées et le design.

• Comprendre les processus de production et de création

• Maîtriser la typographie, les compositions, la théorie de la couleur, la narration visuelle et les normes d’accessibilité

• Savoir bien exprimer ses idées et mettre en confiance lors des présentations

• Être bon joueur d’équipe et collaborer main dans la main avec les autres départements (stratégie, technologie, conseil)

• Être bilingue (FR/ANG)
