Array DFT Engineer

Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a motivated student for an internship position as an Array DFT (Design for Test) Engineer. This role provides hands-on experience with memory built-in self-test (MBIST) RTL design, pre-silicon validation, and post-silicon debug. This internship provides an excellent foundation for a career in semiconductor design and testing, with opportunities to work on real-world projects while building valuable industry experience and professional networks. Key Responsibilities Array RTL Design • Designing and implementing RTL for memory testing. • Participate in design reviews and learn optimization techniques for area, power, and coverage Pre-Silicon Validation • Develop testbenches and verification components for Array DFT functionality • Create and execute simulation test cases • Learn simulation env and timing analysis concepts • Debug RTL issues and document findings Post-Silicon Debug and Validation (Exposure and Learning) • Observe and assist with post-silicon MBIST validation on actual hardware • Support correlation activities between silicon and simulation results #LI-DNI Qualifications: • Second or third-year student pursuing a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
