Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a motivated student for an internship position as an Array DFT (Design for Test) Engineer. This role provides hands-on experience with memory built-in self-test (MBIST) RTL design, pre-silicon validation, and post-silicon debug. This internship provides an excellent foundation for a career in semiconductor design and testing, with opportunities to work on real-world projects while building valuable industry experience and professional networks. Key Responsibilities Array RTL Design • Designing and implementing RTL for memory testing. • Participate in design reviews and learn optimization techniques for area, power, and coverage Pre-Silicon Validation • Develop testbenches and verification components for Array DFT functionality • Create and execute simulation test cases • Learn simulation env and timing analysis concepts • Debug RTL issues and document findings Post-Silicon Debug and Validation (Exposure and Learning) • Observe and assist with post-silicon MBIST validation on actual hardware • Support correlation activities between silicon and simulation results #LI-DNI Qualifications: • Second or third-year student pursuing a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Technical Skills (Entry Level) • Programming: Basic knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog or willingness to learn quickly • Scripting: Basic Python, MATLAB, or similar scripting experience Key Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving atitude • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies • Good communication skills and ability to ask questions • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in team environments • Self-motivated with ability to work independently when needed Job Type: Student / Intern Shift: Shift 1 (Israel) Primary Location: Israel, Haifa Additional Locations: Israel, Petah-Tikva Business group: The Client Computing Group (CCG) is responsible for driving business strategy and product development for Intel's PC products and platforms, spanning form factors such as notebooks, desktops, 2 in 1s, all in ones.
