Job Description

• Buscamos um Arquiteto com experiência em projetos logísticos para integrar a unidade de Development as a Service da EREA.
• Este profissional terá papel relevante na estruturação técnica de projetos logísticos, atuando desde as etapas iniciais de concepção até análises técnicas de projetos em desenvolvimento.
• O profissional participará de projetos em todo o Brasil, apoiando tanto novos desenvolvimentos logísticos, projetos de retrofit, análises técnicas de BTS e auditorias técnicas de projetos em processos de contratação.
• Além disso, o arquiteto participará de análises técnicas em projetos conduzidos pela EREA representando grandes ocupantes logísticos, garantindo que as soluções propostas por desenvolvedores estejam alinhadas às necessidades operacionais e às melhores práticas do setor.

Requirements:
• Graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo
• Experiência com projetos logísticos ou industriais
• Experiência com implantação de galpões logísticos
• Experiência com estudos de implantação e master plan
• AutoCAD (fluencia inegociável)
• SketchUp ou softwares de modelagem 3D (fluencia inegociável)
• Pacote Office (fluencia desejada)
