Job Description

Se requiere Arquitecta/o Técnica/o o Aparejador/a para unirse a un equipo técnico en Elche y sus alrededores. Las responsabilidades principales abarcan la dirección y supervisión integral de obras, incluyendo el control detallado de mediciones, certificaciones y costes asociados. También se encargará de la coordinación efectiva con los diferentes industriales y subcontratas.

La persona seleccionada deberá asegurar el seguimiento riguroso de la planificación y los plazos de ejecución, además de mantener un estricto control de calidad y seguridad en cada obra. Se ofrecerá apoyo técnico tanto durante la fase de ejecución como en la etapa posterior a la finalización de los trabajos.

Es fundamental contar con titulación en Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería de Edificación. Se valorará la experiencia previa en obra, aunque no será un factor excluyente. Se esperan sólidos conocimientos de la normativa técnica y constructiva, así como un manejo fluido de herramientas como AutoCAD, Excel y Presto. Se necesita carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazarse por la zona. Se busca a alguien organizado, resolutivo y con gran capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
