Program Highlights
18-Month Rotational Journey – Accelerated exposure across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, and Business Partnering.
Business Partnering at the Core – Work directly with business leaders to understand priorities, diagnose people challenges, and co-create solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Organizational Impact – Contribute to real business challenges such as capability building, organizational design, and workforce planning aligned to strategic goals.
Talent & Culture Focus – Support initiatives that strengthen Armstrong’s leadership pipeline, employee experience, and culture.
Learning & Mentorship – Build strong foundations in HR, organizational capability, and consulting skills through structured training and mentorship from experienced HR leaders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to align people strategies with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Education – A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Interest in Business Partnering – Strong inclination to work closely with business teams, understand commercial priorities, and translate them into people strategies.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to interpret workforce data (engagement, performance, headcount) and generate actionable insights.
Business Acumen – Understanding of how organizations operate and how talent and culture impact business performance.
Communication & Influencing Skills – Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders across levels.
Project Orientation – Experience through internships, academic projects, or extracurriculars in managing initiatives, programs, or change efforts.
Digital & Tools Orientation – Familiarity with MS Office; exposure to HR systems, analytics tools, or survey platforms is an advantage.
Collaboration & Teamwork – Proven ability to work across teams and functions in a matrixed environment.
Adaptability & Learning Agility – Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment.
