Program Highlights
12-Month Rotational Journey – Accelerated, hands-on experience across key finance functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, Commercial Finance, and Operations Finance.
Business Partnering Exposure – Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Financial Insight & Analytics – Develop strong capabilities in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive business outcomes.
Learning & Mentorship – Build technical, analytical, and leadership skills through structured training, real-world projects, and personalized mentorship.
Global Exposure – Collaborate with teams across regions, gaining insight into global business operations and financial strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Education – A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related fields; candidates pursuing or planning professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) are preferred.
Early Exposure to Finance or Analytics – Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, or business analytics is highly valued.
Business Acumen – Understanding of financial statements and how finance drives business performance and strategy.
Communication Skills – Ability to present financial insights clearly and influence stakeholders across functions.
Digital Skills – Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems, financial tools, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy and discipline in handling financial data and reporting.
Team Orientation – Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and cross-functional settings.
Adaptability & Learning Agility – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
