Job description

Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.

Hours are flexible but in the range of 8a-12p and 4p-9p. This position in up to 70% travel. This will cover sites in Earth City MO, Belleville IL, and Collinsville IL. Some sites have staff that work days and others that work nights. Must be flexible for oversight of all locations.

Pay: $23/hr

The responsibilities of a Area Supervisor include:

Oversight of multiple locations including: Truck Wash, Offices, and banks

Management of on-site supervisors, truck washing staff, and janitorial staff

Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Planning and preparing work schedules

Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment

Maintaining accurate records

Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met

Other job duties as needed
