For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Getafe a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager.
Main tasks:
• Seek out new opportunities in DC & AC traction power, existing and new customers in rail business: transit, urban transport authorities (railways, metro, tramway etc.).
• Promotion, Bid Preparation, Estimation, Tendering and Acquisition actions according to the strategy, budget, action plan and special instructions established by the Head of Sales & Marketing and/or requested by Clients and Partners on the market.
• Manage existing customer relationships to maintain and grow current business.
• In charge of developing technical & commercial offers till contract signature.
• Meet, and/or exceed annual budgeted sales goals.
• Responsible for having excellent product & system knowledge.
• Coordination with Sécheron HQ in Switzerland.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering and/or a Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years selling experience in rail a plus, industrial BtoB environment with a focus in public tender.
• Spanish, English: professional efficiency.
• Ability to manage simultaneously different projects & customers located on all LATAM continent .
• Ability to travel as necessary (20% to 30%).
• Customer oriented.
• Structured, Rigorous, Autonomous, Curious.
• Comfortable to work with people from other departments, other countries.
