LIEWOOD is an internationally acclaimed children’s lifestyle brand headquartered in Copenhagen. With four annual collections, selected capsule drops, and a strong NOOS range, we are continuing our international expansion and are now looking for a commercially driven Area Sales Manager for Southern Europe.

This role carries full responsibility for building and developing virgin markets across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and other southern European markets, with a strong key city approach and clear focus on long-term, sustainable growth with key customers.
You will be based in Barcelona or Milan and work closely with an international sales team and LIEWOOD HQ.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
As Area Sales Manager – Southern Europe, you will own the commercial agenda in your region. You will build strategic market and growth plans, grow existing customers, and actively acquire new partners. This is a hands-on role combining strategic market development with active sales execution.
You will act as LIEWOOD’s main commercial representative in the region and play a key role in establishing the brand across Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Full commercial responsibility for Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and other European markets
Build and execute strategic and sustainable market and growth plans with key customers
Develop the markets using a key city approach
Grow existing customers through strong account management and commercial initiatives
Acquire and develop new customers and regional key accounts
Drive sell-in across four annual collections, capsule collections, and NOOS
Actively engage in sales activities with larger and strategically important customers
Conduct continuous customer follow-ups focused on growth opportunities and upselling
Prepare seasonal budgets and forecasts aligned with business and market potential
Support sales staff training and visual merchandising when required
Participate in relevant trade fairs
Travel frequently within the region to build relationships and identify new opportunities
Travel regularly to LIEWOOD HQ in Copenhagen
Collaborate with Marketing on successful collection launches
Analyze customer and market performance to unlock further growth potential

You are a commercially driven sales professional with a positive mindset, high energy, and a strong can-do attitude. You thrive on building markets, creating momentum, and taking ownership. You are structured yet entrepreneurial, comfortable working independently, and motivated by results
You Have
A university degree in business, marketing, economics, or similar
5+ years of sales experience within fashion or lifestyle (kids is a strong advantage)
Proven track record of building and growing sales areas
Experience managing and developing key accounts
Strong hands-on experience within the Southern European markets and relevant key accounts
Strong network and market understanding across Spain, Italy, and Portugal
Fluent in Spanish and Italian, and very strong written and spoken English
Strong analytical and planning skills with a commercial mindset
Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
