Job Description

• Mencari potensial nasabah untuk produk Digital Amartha
• Monitoring pencapaian dari nasabah Digital Amartha
• Melakukan update berkala terkait pencapaian Digital Amartha
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan Agent Partner di Area tersebut untuk mencari potensial nasabah Amartha
• Melakukan visit berkala untuk memonitoring kondisi di lapangan baik untuk tim internal maupun nasabah Digital Amartha
• Memonitoring pembayaran nasabah Digital Amartha
• Memberikan solusi dan semangat kepada tim dalam pencapaian target yang diberikan

Requirements:
• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Sarjana
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Finance khususnya Digital Finance
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Microfinance sebagai Koordinator/Supervisor/Kepala Cabang/Area Manager
• Dapat menyusun strategi Sales & Marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
• Mempunyai motor dan SIM C
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh regional Medan
