Archives Clerk
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time Archives Clerk. This position will support one of the world’s leading equipment and manufacturing companies, at its location in East Milan, IL. This assignment is paying $11.42 per hour and tentatively starting September 6th, 2016.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Refile Archives records
• Catalog advertising literature, newsletters, publications, service literature and other Archives records into database
• Prepares inventories existing collections under supervision of collections manager, including review and purge of duplicate records, and review and maintenance of existing inventories
• Provides digitization services of photographs and other records
• Ingests photographs into digital asset management systems
• Retrieves, stages and re-files historical documents to support digitization projects
Skills and Education
• Experience in a similar role desired
• Must have high level of attention to detail
• High school diploma/equivalent required
Term of Assignment
• 1st Shift Position.
• Long Term - Tentative start date is September 6th, 2016 through September 5th, 2018.
