Job Purpose
The Archive Hub Manager holds full responsibility for the Archive Hub location, overseeing all operational, administrative, and compliance-related activities. The role ensures effective management of archived logistics records, adherence to policies, operational efficiency, and readiness for audits, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, security, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities::
• Assume full ownership and accountability for the Archive Hub operations, performance, and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain archiving policies, procedures, and workflows in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the receipt, classification, labeling, storage, indexing, and retrieval of archived items.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of archived shipment records.
• Manage and lead the Archive Hub team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, coaching, and development.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including digitization where applicable.
• Ensure business continuity and operational readiness of the archive hub at all times.

Job Qualifications::
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Accounting major / background is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations. Including a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of logistics compliance.
