The Architect Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all Architect works within the project. This role focuses on reviewing and verifying shop drawings, coordinating effectively with project stakeholders, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure that installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The position requires a professional with proven experience especially in Architect works into the overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review design & work permit (methods, Shop drawing, etc.).
• Site inspection.
• Project control / Monitor Progress and Quality.
• Stakeholder management for CSA related works.
• Ensure Compliance with Codes and Standards.
• Report and Document Findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management.
• Minimum3 years of experience in site-based project.
• Experience with project supervision.
• Detail-Oriented – Able to review shop drawings and site work meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Proactive – Anticipates potential issues and takes initiative to resolve them before they impact.
• Strong Communicator – Clearly conveys technical information and coordinates effectively.
• Analytical Thinker – Capable of assessing architectural works and making sound decisions.
• Team Player with Leadership Skills – Works collaboratively while guiding contractors.
• Adaptable and Calm Under Pressure – Maintains composure and problem-solving.
• Integrity and Accountability – Upholds safety, quality, and ethical standards consistently.
• Willing to work on Site Tabang, Kalimantan with roster
• POH : Balikpapan
