Job Title: Architecture Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Architecture Site Engineer to oversee and manage architectural execution on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and handling execution drawings, ensuring proper implementation in accordance with design specifications, and coordinating with project stakeholders. This role focuses on execution rather than drafting.

Key Responsibilities

Review, interpret, and manage architectural execution drawings.

Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines (civil, MEP).

Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to schedule and quality standards.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to architectural works on-site.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.

Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project management.

Review shop drawings and material submittals when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural site engineering.

Strong experience in handling execution drawings (not drafting-focused).

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and site coordination.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
