Architectural Walls Coordinator

Join Our Team as an Architectural Walls Coordinator!

Maxan is looking for an organized and proactive Architectural Walls Coordinator to support our growing team.

Reporting to the Architectural Walls Manager, this role acts as a key support to the division, assisting with estimating, project setup, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of architectural wall projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams, general contractors, and architectural wall partners to help ensure projects run smoothly from pricing through closeout.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and wants to play an important role in the continued growth of our Architectural Walls division.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with quantity takeoffs and estimating

Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to support accurate pricing

Help coordinate project startup, scheduling, and project documentation

Track project schedules, costs, and change orders

Coordinate with general contractors, architectural wall partners, suppliers, and internal teams

Support project reporting and closeout activities

Assist with field training coordination and partner relationships

Provide additional project coordination and operational support to the Architectural Walls Manager as needed

What You Bring:

Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred

Previous experience working on construction projects or coordinating with contractors and suppliers is considered an asset

Knowledge of demountable wall systems, partitions, or glazing is considered an asset

Familiarity with construction software such as Plexxis, Procore, or PlanGrid is an asset

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and ability to attend construction sites when required
