Location: Freemans Bay, Auckland
Work Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per annum

The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to be a foundational part of our brand new Pre-Rendered Artist team based out of Auckland. As an Artist, you will help shape the future of Architectural Visualisation across the APAC region. You will join a Creative Director transferring directly from our established London studio, granting you immediate access to world class IP, proprietary workflows, and industry leading knowledge.
Requirements:
The Role
We are seeking a Artist (Multimedia Designer) who is obsessed with photorealism and visual storytelling. You are dedicated to beauty, craftsmanship, and challenging the status quo. Determined to push creative and technical boundaries, you will play a key role in delivering world-class imagery for our global clients.
For this position, we require a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience (preferably built in a studio environment). A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred, however in line with ANZSCO requirements, significant industry experience (at least 5 years) in a Multimedia Designer capacity will be considered. Your profile must demonstrate:
• A Portfolio of Excellence: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your keen eye for lighting, composition, and cinematic language.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in the core ArchViz pipeline, including 3ds Max and Corona/Vray, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional file hygiene.
• Design Fluency: The ability to understand and interpret architectural design packages (drawings, schedules) and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Autonomy: The ability to create content and interpreting the client’s brief and feedback with little supervision
• Curiosity and Growth: A willingness to push boundaries, experiment, and constantly improve.
• Teamwork: The ability to provide and receive constructive and honest feedback.
Location & Collaboration
Our work thrives on shared vision and in-person collaboration, making this a primarily office-based role in our Auckland studio. We offer some flexibility for hybrid work, but we are not accepting fully remote candidates at this stage.
As an Accredited Employer, we can support visa applications for the right talent, provided you are prepared to relocate to Auckland at your own cost.
