Architectural Draftsperson (Revit | Multiresidential & High-Rise) - WFH

Join a leading architectural practice delivering landmark multiresidential and high-rise projects. We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to drive high-quality documentation, coordinate across design teams, and ensure compliance with Australian standards. Ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise, leadership in drafting workflows, and a passion for precision in architectural documentation.

• Lead production of Revit models and documentation for multiresidential/high-rise projects (DA/CD/Construction).
• Create, manage, and QA Revit families, templates, views, sheets, and annotation standards.
• Integrate architectural Revit models with structural and MEP disciplines; resolve clashes.
• Ensure documentation complies with NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and project specifications.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and construction teams to maintain design intent.
• Manage revisions, RFIs, addenda, and version control throughout all design phases.
• Conduct technical reviews, detail checks, and constructability assessments before issuance.

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of architectural drafting experience, focused on multiresidential/high-rise projects.
• Proven ability to produce documentation packages for complex vertical residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; strong knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM tools.
• Understanding of RCC, BCA/NCC, and local statutory approvals (QLD or relevant state).
• Bachelor’s, Diploma, or equivalent in Architectural Technology/Drafting/Design or related field.
• Professional registration or QBCC design licence preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lead drafting workflows across multiple overlapping projects.
