We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with a strong eye for design and presentation. The ideal candidate is a top-tier drafter who can translate concepts into precise technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations for both interior and exterior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents
• Develop 2D and 3D models for residential and/or commercial projects
• Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings
• Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to refine concepts
• Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and attention to design details
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements

Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Revit
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max

• Strong rendering and visualization skills
• Excellent understanding of architectural drafting standards
• Strong eye for aesthetics, spatial design, and detailing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Architecture or Interior Design
• Portfolio showcasing drafting and rendering work (interior & exterior)
