Architectural Drafter (AutoCAD/Revit) Work Modality: Remote Schedule: Full-time Location: Open to candidates only in Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, and Peru Language Requirement: English C1 Position Overview We are looking for an Architectural Drafter to produce drawings and models using AutoCAD/Revit for projects including banks, restaurants, retail spaces, and large commercial properties across North America. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the team to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities ✅ Create drawings and models based on sketches and specifications. ✅ Develop diagrams and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit. ✅ Support the preparation of construction documents and redlined drawings. ✅ Maintain organized project files and occasionally participate in site surveys. Requirements ✔ Technical degree or associate degree in Architecture or related fields. ✔ 1–2 years of experience as a drafter (preferably in retail, restaurants, or construction). ✔ Strong command of AutoCAD/Revit (SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator are a plus). ✔ Experience working with construction documents. ✔ Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
