Architectural Design Intern

As a Design Intern at AECOM, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of architectural design. You will collaborate closely with our experienced design team to contribute to real projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the design industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to create and execute visual assets that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Assist in the creation of design-related tasks, (e.g., marketing materials, user interfaces, product prototypes) under the guidance of senior designers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to solve design challenges.
Conduct research to support design concepts, staying with industry trends and best practices.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate design concepts and decisions effectively.
Assist in maintaining design files, assets, and documentation for organized project workflows.

Qualifications
Current enrolment in an architecture or design study programme. (Master I Bac+4/ Bac+5)
Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, etc.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Solid understanding of design principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to feedback for continuous improvement.
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English and French.

Offices in La Garenne-Colombes, near La Défense
Possibility to work from home (2 days per week)
