JOB DESCRIPTION:
CSG is searching for a senior System Engineering Architect to support the Data Transformation Solutions effort. The Systems Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions on corporate resources and working with the enterprise network. They will work with and lead a team of engineers with varying skills and abilities and other technical professionals in collaboration with the customer for system requirements, developing system diagram plans, documenting solutions, presenting solutions to stakeholders for review and approval, overseeing the execution, implementation and integrating of IT solutions onto available resources. The successful candidate will have experience with the customer’s data processing architecture including:

Required Skills:
• Robust knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and resources
• Understanding of Enterprise data flow
• Develop high-level designs that meet stakeholders needs
• Identify opportunities for improved processes and cost savings
• Identify security risks and provide best practices to mitigate risks
• Review existing systems and provide sound recommendations for improved workflow
• Responsible for Data tagging standards, critical compliance information, key data processing organizations, analytic hosting platforms and their purpose, and data flow management request processing.
• Define and communicate shared technical and architectural vision
• Help plan and define technical solutions
• Analyze technical trade-offs
• Identify interfaces and dependencies between teams and collaborate among them to define non-functional requirements
• Coordinate among stakeholders to ensure quality (fitness for use)
• Planning for future integrations based on strategic plans and vision.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with cloud computing solutions and resources (AWS preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven leadership skills and experience

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE:
• Master’s Degree + 18 years of systems experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree + 20 years of systems experience, OR
• No Degree + 24 years of systems experience.
