Arquid S.L.P. is an architectural office started in Spain in 2003 with a big international professional trajectory opening offices in France, Berlin, UK and Belgium. We work for private clients, residential, commercial, corporate, industrial, hotel and cultural projects, offering integral Architecture, Project Management, design and consulting services. Arquid is a company part of GROUP IPS holding.
Now, we are looking for an Architect/Interior Architect in our office in Madrid.
As an employee of ARQUID, the profile will actively participate in a wide range of projects, from small improvements and renovations to large investments. As an architect, you will collaborate with our team members executing a variety of projects.
What is the role About?
As an Architect/Interior Architect, you will have the following responsibilities:
Design and plan interior spaces for residential, retail, and office projects, tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and space optimization.
Perform feasibility studies and budget estimates, preparing and submitting construction applications and other necessary administrative documents for smooth project progression.
Create technical drawings, basic and executive designs for both national and international projects, aligning with client requirements and project specifications.
Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers, technicians, and other professionals, ensuring efficient collaboration and compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and local specifications, making sure the construction process follows design expectations and regulatory requirements.
Manage client presentations, project budgets, and planning, tracking expenses, controlling costs, and delivering projects on time, while maintaining clear communication with clients.
Requirements
Who are you?
Degree or master’s in architecture with a focus on Interior Design
3 to 5 years of experience in this type of projects. More than 5 years- total experience.
Fluid in English and Spanish.
Experience in project supervision of Residential and fit out projects.
Proven experience coordinating with permitting, design, planning, site supervision, client relationship.
Experience drafting and developing basic projects.
Strong ability to understand the needs of clients and projects with a client-focused approach.
Experience With: CAD, 3DSmax & Unreal, Photoshop, Revit & Vray as a nice to have.
Travel availability. Open to 30% national international mobility.
