Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled Arabic-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position offers a fully paid relocation package, providing a fantastic opportunity for Arabic-speaking professionals to advance their careers within an international environment.
In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity and security of our digital platforms. Your fluency in Arabic, alongside your expertise in digital trust and safety, will enable you to effectively monitor, investigate, and manage safety issues to maintain user trust.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor digital content and user activities to detect potential safety risks and breaches of platform policies
• Respond promptly to safety reports and user concerns through thorough investigations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance trust and safety measures
• Educate users and stakeholders on best practices for digital safety and compliance
• Analyze safety data trends and prepare detailed reports to inform continuous improvement
• Stay updated on the latest industry standards, regulations, and technologies relating to digital trust and safety
• Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of trust and safety topics within the organization
Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in digital trust and safety, cybersecurity, or related domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• You must have an EU passport.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of digital safety tools and technologies is advantageous.
