Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Arabic-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fully paid relocation package, providing a unique chance to develop your professional skills within a global and inclusive work environment.
As a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and safeguarding online content to ensure compliance with safety standards. Your fluency in Arabic will be vital in managing client interactions and addressing trust and safety issues effectively.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate digital content to detect potential safety threats and violations
• Investigate reported trust and safety concerns and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety protocols and policies
• Communicate with clients in Arabic to resolve safety-related inquiries and provide guidance
• Analyze patterns and trends in safety incidents to propose improvements
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices in digital safety
• Support training initiatives for internal teams and clients on trust and safety matters
Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your CV and cover letter.
• Relevant experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, cybersecurity, or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex information
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation assistance provided
• You must have an EU passport.
