Job Purpose:
The Arabic Chief Sales role focuses on technical and culinary sales support rather than direct selling. The position supports the sales team during customer engagements by providing deep experience in Arabic flavors, spices, and seasoning blends, and works closely with the R&D team to develop innovate flavor solutions.
**This role does not include sales targets or commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
• Accompany the sales team on customer visits to food manufacturing clients.
• Present and explain Arabic flavor profiles, spice blends, and seasoning solutions.
• Conduct product tastings, applications, and technical demonstrations.
• Recommend customized flavor solutions based on customer needs.
• Support customer decision-making through technical and culinary expertise (non-sales role).
R&D Collaboration
• Work closely with the R&D team to develop new Arabic blends and flavor concepts.
• Translate customer and market feedback into actionable R&D input.
• Participate in product trials, testing, and recipe optimization.
• Support continuous improvement of existing flavor formulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG - Food Ingredients / Flavors / Spices.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Arabic flavors and seasoning systems.
• Experience dealing with food manufacturing clients (B2B).
• Proven collaboration with R&D or product development teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
