Ventrata is currently looking for a new member of the financial team. If you want to expand your career in finance, you have an interest in technologies, and you are not afraid of challenges, this might be a perfect opportunity for you!

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Manage bookkeeping workflows to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and supported by relevant documentation;
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Perform account reconciliations and review expenses for compliance with company policies;
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings;
• Support day-to-day finance department activities;
• Work with modern fintech technologies and payment gateways, including Sage Intacct, Payhawk, Wise, Stripe, and Adyen;
• Process client hardware orders and warranty claims, providing occasional evening support for US-based customers;
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers;
• Assist in process automation.


Requirements:

• High attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Proactive problem-solving skills and outstanding communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications (Nice to have):

• Relevant academic background or practical experience in accounting or finance;
• Portuguese language proficiency;
• Knowledge of Portuguese accounting and bookkeeping practices.
