Job Summary:
The APRN will play a key role in supporting clinical operations in a dynamic outpatient behavioral health clinic specializing in innovative treatments for treatment-resistant depression and associated psychiatric/psychological conditions. This position is responsible for all interventional psychiatric services including TMS, IV Ketamine, and Spravato.
This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, accountability, and alignment with our commitment to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Clinic Location: 12000 Elm Creek Blvd N, # L70, Maple Grove, MN 55369
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
FTE: 0.6-1.0
Compensation: $130k-$160k annually for a 1.0 FTE, based on experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and direct care for interventional psychiatric services, including TMS, IV Ketamine, and Spravato.
Evaluate patients and determine treatment appropriateness; develop and manage individualized care plans, including medication management.
Obtain informed consent and educate patients on treatment protocols, risks, and expectations.
Administer and/or supervise treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and safety standards; monitor patient response and adjust care as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Spravato REMS, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Provide clinical leadership to staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support quality improvement and program development initiatives.

Qualifications:
Advanced clinical degree with a focus on psychiatry, behavioral health, or a related field.
Extensive experience in patient care within a behavioral health setting, preferably with a focus on treatment-resistant depression and associated psychiatric conditions.
Familiarity with Ketamine infusions, Spravato, and advanced psychopharmacology is strongly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a clinic environment. This position may require:
Prolonged periods of sitting
Frequent computer use
Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
May be asked to work at other clinic locations as needed by the business
Attendance & Schedule Expectations:
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this role. The employee is expected to adhere to the designated work schedule and obtain approval in advance for any deviations.
