As an IT specialist trainee (m/f/d) for data and process analysis, you will become an expert at the interface between IT and business. The apprentice start on 01.08.2026!
Your mission:
During your three-year training program, you will learn how to shape the digital future:• CRM & Salesforce Master: You will learn how to use the world's leading CRM platform (Salesforce). Your focus will be on the internal automation of our own processes – in other words, you will build the tool that our team works with every day.
• Understanding & optimizing processes: You will learn how to analyze complex business processes, map them in models, and make them more efficient through technology (business process excellence).
• Data architecture: You will learn how to identify data sources, ensure data quality, and securely link different systems together (end-to-end integration).
• AI & future technologies: We will show you how to use artificial intelligence (AI) not only to collect data, but also to generate smart predictions and solutions.
What we are looking for:
• School qualifications: You have (or will soon have) your high school diploma, vocational diploma, or a very good secondary school diploma.
• Analytical mind: You enjoy math and logic—puzzles and complex tasks motivate you rather than deter you.
• IT enthusiasm: You may have already experimented with Excel, built a website, or worked with automation tools.
• Communication skills: You are good at explaining things and enjoy working with other people to find solutions.
• Language skills: You are confident in German and are not afraid to read English documentation.
