Main responsibilities:

• Support activities across multicultural project teams and international stakeholders
• Participate in the development and monitoring of project plans using tracking tools, contribute to identifying and managing project risks and propose mitigation plans
• Collaborate on project communication and prepare reports for management and steering committees
• Contribute to the execution of functional plans and strategic milestones in collaboration with planners
• Support project documentation by readng integrated plans, budgets, dashboards or monthly reports
• Contribute to facilitate team meetings and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions
• Assess the impact of ongoing AI initiatives on ways of working and key processes and propose adjustments

About you

• Soft and technical skills: communication, autonomy and organization. Skills in AI and knowledge of the pharmaceutical field.
• Education: bac+5/6, master's degree in scientific, project management or biotechnology  
• Languages: english fluent

Principales responsabilités :

• Apporter votre support pour les activités entre les équipes de projet multiculturelles et les parties prenantes internationales
• Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi des plans de projet via des outils de suivi et contribuer à l’identification et la gestion des risques, en proposant des plans d’atténuation
• Collaborer à la communication du projet et préparer des rapports pour la direction et les comités de pilotage
• Prendre part à l’exécution des plans fonctionnels et des jalons stratégiques en collaboration avec les planificateurs
• Contribuer à la rédaction de documents tels que les plans intégrés, les tableaux de bord, les rapports mensuels et assurer le suivi des décisions et actions
• Évaluer comment les initiatives en cours concernant l’IA impacteraient nos méthodes de travail, nos processus clés et proposer des ajustements

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : capacité de communication, autonomie et organisation. Compétences en IA et connaissance du domaine pharmaceutique.
• Éducation : bac+5/6 en science, management de projet ou biotechnologies
• Langues : anglais courant
