Role Summary
As an Apprentice / Trainee Engineer you will be part of the backbone that ensures our SaaS platform runs smoothly and reliably. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain high availability. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates at the start of their cloud / operations journey.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor cloud-based SaaS infrastructure for uptime, performance, and reliability (24×7 operations). Built In+1
• Track application health and log/report errors, exceptions, and anomalies. Built In
• Follow defined incident escalation procedures based on severity and SLA guidelines. Weekday Jobs
• Learn and adapt to evolving internal infrastructure, tooling, and technologies.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Python, VBScript, or similar).
• Assist in maintenance activities, deployments, and ensuring system stability.
• Document operational procedures, incidents, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, including engineering, support, and product.
• Be ready to work in rotational shifts if required to support continuous operations. Weekday Jobs

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS, or strong willingness to learn. Built In
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux / Unix and Windows Server. CyberTecz Pro
• Problem-solving mindset: ability to troubleshoot and analyze system issues.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, VBScript, or Regex). CyberTecz Pro
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in 24×7 shift model, if needed. Weekday Job
