About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Communications Apprentice to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on apprenticeship designed for early-career communicators who are eager to learn the ropes of B2B healthcare marketing. You will work alongside experienced communications professionals, contributing to campaigns, content, and media outreach that drive Innovaccer's brand forward.

A Day in the Life

• Draft and edit press releases and media pitches under the guidance of the Communications team.
• Assist in managing the editorial calendar, tracking content deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of communications assets.
• Support media monitoring by tracking press coverage, compiling clip reports, and summarising coverage insights for the team.
• Research industry trends, competitor communications, and relevant news to support thought leadership and storytelling initiatives.
• Help coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to gather information and develop compelling narratives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the media contact database and contribute to outreach efforts.
• Take part in team brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and messaging.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and a knack for clear, concise storytelling.
• Basic familiarity with digital communications channels, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X) and email marketing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Curiosity about the healthcare technology space and a willingness to develop domain knowledge quickly.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
