You’ll get to know all dsm-firmenich management system aspects and support our teams with valuable information related, but not limited, to manufacturers audits, manufacturers pre-qualification and continuous qualification, sites certifications related to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Product Protection.

Your key responsibilities

Support routine activities related to Suppliers and Customers according to defined roadmap of Quality Excellence.
On demand activities, as, but not limited to:

Support Procurement team in Vendor Portal demands (Supplier management digital tools).
Prepare reports through data analytics and presentations related to Suppliers and Customers.
Manage Surveys in SSQ tool (Supplier Smart Questionnaires).
Be part of a continuous improvement journey within the Global Quality Excellence Team.
To collaborate actively with HSE team globally (Heath, Safety and Environment).
Develop activities related to Responsible Sourcing monitoring.
Provide digital, data visualization, administrative and coordination support for GOE-Group Quality, Safety, Health, Environment & Security (Q, SHE&S) reporting team, ensuring accurate data validation, audit readiness, and effective reports generation and communication across teams.

Recently graduated with background in Scientific Studies (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, etc.)
Analytical skills (e.g., Excel and PowerBI).
Ownership mindset.
Proactivity.
Commitment with targets and deadlines.
Ability to influence others.
Work in groups.
Ability to propose ideas that challenge the status quo.
Communicate Smartly. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced sense of time and work prioritization management, focusing on goal settings.
Data Driven and Critical Thinking. Advanced expert of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, different IS tools).
Strong sense of team player and hands on mentality. Ability to collaborate successfully with other cross-functional areas.
Great analytical skills; High learning agility, with strong attention to detail.
Good written and oral communication in English. Spanish is nice to have.
