Appointment Setter (US market)

We are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and responsible Appointment Setter (US market) for a remote sales team, exclusively dedicated to one of our big and long-term clients (an SEO company). The successful candidate will be hired on a regular labor contract with Programmingo, but work exclusively for this particular client. In this role you will help them with the prospecting and contacting of potential new clients in the United States.

• Work on preliminary generated lists of potential new clients in the United States, which may be interested in the services offered by the company
• Establish first contact with the potential new clients via outbound "cold" phone calls
• Present the services offered by the company in a 2-5 minute call and schedule a longer meeting between the prospective client and a Senior Sales Manager from the company

• Fluency in English is a must
• You need to be comfortable to make at least 100 outbound phone calls per shift
• You need to be comfortable to give evening and/or night shifts (Mon - Fri)
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a demanding, target-based environment
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
