Role Mission
The Appointment Setter is responsible for finding, qualifying, and scheduling high-quality prospects into discovery calls for our group sleep program. This role serves as the first point of human connection for women entering our ecosystem through Instagram ads and cold outreach. Success in this role directly impacts program enrollment and company growth.

Primary goal
Book 25 qualified discovery calls per month.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, persuasive and conversational, with a strong hunter mentality. You are confident initiating conversations, skilled at building rapport and comfortable guiding prospects toward booking a call. You are self-sufficient, tech-savvy and thrive in a remote environment without constant oversight.

You have an interest in health, sleep, and midlife wellness and can communicate empathetically with women who are tired, frustrated and seeking real solutions.

Responsibilities & Expectations
● Send 30 targeted cold Instagram DMs per day to qualified prospects
● Respond to and nurture warm leads coming from Instagram ads
● Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with the group sleep program
● Schedule discovery calls directly into the calendar
● Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked
● Maintain impeccable records of outreach, conversations, and booking status
● Check and respond to Instagram messages Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM CT
○ You are not expected to work continuously during this window, but must check messages regularly and respond in a timely manner

Required Experience & Skills Required:
● Highly organized with excellent follow-through
● Strong written communication and conversational skills
● Persuasive and confident without being pushy
● Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects
● Tech-savvy with experience using social media (especially Instagram)
● Self-sufficient and reliable in a remote work environment

Preferred:
● Experience with appointment setting, DM sales, or lead qualification
● Familiarity with health coaching, functional health, midlife health or sleep
● Experience using a CRM or lead-tracking system Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● 25 qualified discovery calls booked per month
● Consistent completion of daily outreach targets (30 cold DMs per day)
● Strong response and follow-up consistency
● Accurate and up-to-date lead tracking
● High show-up rate for booked discovery calls
