Position Overview
The Part-time Appointment Setter is responsible for high-volume outbound calling to identify and qualify prospects. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring that every meeting booked is with a verified decision-maker who understands and agrees to a discovery call. This role reports directly to the Founder. The successful candidate will be a key player in expanding our clients' reach, connecting businesses with comprehensive language solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sourcing: Conduct a minimum of 60 dials per day to US-based businesses using provided lead lists and approved scripts.
• Lead Qualification: Speak directly with decision-makers to qualify prospects based on role and relevance before proposing a follow-up.
• Appointment Setting: Book discovery calls and send calendar invitations immediately following live conversations.
• CRM Management: Maintain 100% accurate and truthful logging in HubSpot, including specific notes that allow the sales rep to lead the call confidently without guessing.
• Quality Control: Prioritize "quality over volume" by ensuring there are zero "fluff meetings" or unconfirmed bookings.


Qualifications::
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting for US-based businesses
• Communication: Native or near-native English fluency with a professional communication style
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with HubSpot (CRM), Quo (manual dialing), and Google Workspace
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly responsive
• Seniority: Minimum of a Junior to Mid-level professional.

• Schedule: Part-time capacity working during US Eastern Time
• Work Arrangement: Work-from-home / Remote.
• Equipment: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device); candidates must provide their own reliable equipment.
• Tools Provided: The company provides access to the CRM (HubSpot), Leads, and Phone system (Quo).
• Compensation: Monthly basic salary ranging from 13,000 PHP to 20,000 PHP for part-time, plus uncapped commission.
• Target Start Date: End of February.
