Since 2021, we’ve launched 300+ call center builds, hired 5,000+ reps, and our systems support 1,000+ agents dialing every day. Now we’re looking for high-energy, motivated Appointment Setters to join our roofing sales division — one of the most profitable verticals in the industry. If you’re coachable, competitive, and ready to earn, you’ll LOVE this role.

What You’re Selling

You’re not just selling, you’ll connect homeowners with roofing solutions—easy, proven offers that protect homes at better costs.

💰 Hourly Bonus Structure (Based on  payroll cycle  Performance)

Your hourly bonus rate increases based on the number of valid roofing appointments you set each  payroll cycle:

Tier 0: $5.00/hr
Less than 15 valid appointments

Tier 1: $7.50/hr
15–17 valid roofing appointments

Tier 2: $9.00/hr
18–21 valid roofing appointments

Tier 3: $10.50/hr
22–25 valid roofing appointments

Tier 4: $12.00/hr
26–29 valid roofing appointments

Tier 5: $15.00/hr
30+ valid roofing appointments

✔️ Appointments must meet quality and validation requirements to count toward bonus tiers.

📞 What You’ll Do

Cold call, high-quality homeowner leads handling 600–800+ daily outbound calls through our auto-dialer, engaging homeowner leads at scale in a fast-paced sales environment.

Use proven scripts and dynamic energy to lead the conversation with confidence

Generate valid appointments for roofing contractors and companies

Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets

✅ What We’re Looking For

We want driven, coachable Appointment setters who can handle a fast pace and love winning.

2+ years outbound cold calling or appointment setting

Roofing / storm campaigns? Huge bonus

Strong English with a clear U.S. accent (C1+)

Experience with high-volume dialing

Ability to stay calm, confident, and in control

Reliable setup: 8GB+ RAM computer, USB headset, camera

Available 10:00am–9:00pm EST (within business hours - 8 hours shifts)
