If so — we’re looking for driven Appointment Setters to be the front end of our real estate acquisitions team.
You’ll be the first point of contact with motivated homeowners, responsible for qualifying leads, building rapport, and setting high-quality appointments for our Closers. If you’re hungry, coachable, and want to grow in real estate sales, this is your foot in the door.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowner leads
Qualify sellers based on motivation, timeline, condition, and price
Build rapport and control conversations confidently
Set quality appointments for the Acquisitions team
Update CRM notes and manage follow-ups accurately
Hit daily activity and appointment-setting KPIs
Requirements
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable handling objections and steering conversations
Sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
Coachable mindset with a desire to improve
Reliable, disciplined, and consistent
Full-time availability with some evening/weekend flexibility
