Beyond lead generation, the Appointment Setter will also help the team maximize the use of PropertyRadar — learning the system’s full potential, organizing data, and helping improve outreach and follow-up efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Appointment Setting
Reach out to homeowners, homebuyers, and agents through calls, emails, and follow-ups to set qualified appointments.
Connect with homeowners facing relocation, notice of default, or mortgage-related challenges to offer support and solutions.
Contact agents and agencies within target markets to build partnerships and grow the business network.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for the executive and sales teams.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups.
PropertyRadar Research & Data Utilization
Use PropertyRadar to research and identify potential homeowners, agents, and property leads based on key demographics.
Analyze property and market data to help prioritize outreach efforts.
Organize and update PropertyRadar lists and ensure data is properly categorized and actionable.
Help the executive explore underused features within PropertyRadar and provide insights on how to leverage them for better lead targeting and conversions.
Marketing & Outreach Support
Assist in implementing marketing strategies such as newsletters, postcards, and follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.
Support the creation and scheduling of outreach efforts to improve visibility and engagement with target audiences.
Provide updates on lead progress and suggest improvements to outreach methods.
Collaboration & Follow-Through
Coordinate with the executive and team members to ensure smooth communication and alignment on outreach priorities.
Follow up on all leads consistently and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Provide regular summaries or reports on appointments set, outreach progress, and lead quality.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or home services. (Preferred)
Hands-on experience with PropertyRadar (Good to have) or similar data-driven real estate tools.
Excellent communication skills — confident, professional, and personable in client and agent interactions.
Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn and fully utilize PropertyRadar’s features to enhance outreach performance.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
