Patient Access Specialist (Appointment Setter) – Kenya We are seeking ahigh‑energy, patient‑focused Patient Access Specialist based in Kenya. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert inbound and outbound patient leads into scheduled appointments through effective communication, timely follow‑up, and strong closing skills.

Schedule

Full‑time, on-site

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST / 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM Kenya Time (divided shifts)

• Monday to Sunday

• Two rotating days off

• Candidates must submit full weekly availability

Responsibilities

• Handleinbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and digital inquiries

• Convert patient inquiries into booked appointments

• Work daily within LeadLoop CRM

• Perform insurance verification

• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and documentation

• Meet conversion KPIs and fast‑response performance targets

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare scheduling, medical sales, or patient intake

• Strong phone presence and proven closing ability

• Experience working with CRM platforms (LeadLoop preferred)

• High sense of urgency, organization, and objection‑handling skills

• **Basic understanding of health Insurance **
