We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our outreach efforts. This role focuses on daily outbound communication via email and Instagram to generate qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send 30–40 outreach messages or more per day (email & Instagram DM) from existing leads
• Engage prospects and follow up consistently
• Conduct outreach to developers, agents, designers, architects, and brands across California and Middle East.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Maintain clear communication and update outreach tracking systems
• Occasionally hop on a call if needed (no heavy cold-calling required)

Requirements:
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working EST hours
• Confident and not afraid to pick up calls when required
• Organized and consistent with daily outreach targets
• Real estate agent background is a plus
