Objetivo: 

Gestão de incidentes, problemas, suporte ao negócio, desenvolvimento, melhorias e configurações na solução de Salesforce Marketing Cloud e Data 360 (Data Cloud) do cliente.

Principais responsabilidades:

- Garantir a monitoria, integridade e disponibilidade dos sistemas de suporte às operações;

- Garantir o cumprimento das boas práticas estabelecidas pelos processos ITIL na gestão de incidentes e problemas;

- Implementar, gerir e manter processos de provisão, configuração e automação;

- Análise de problemas aplicacionais

- Desenvolvimento corretivos e evolutivos

Tecnologias:

PL/SQL

Conhecimento de Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatório)

Conhecimento de Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) (mandatório)

Observações:

- Experiência mínima comprovada de 2-3 anos com funções de suporte aplicacional de 1ª e 2ª linha orientado ao Cliente no produto Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

- Preferencialmente com certificação Marketing Cloud Email Specialist ou Marketing Cloud Consultant

- Conhecimentos de Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) 

- Preferencialmente com certificação Certified Data 360 (Data Cloud) Consultant.
