Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Application Support Agent (Junior - Medior) in Netcompany?

We are looking to hire multiple candidates, ranging from Junior to Medior level.

As a Application Support Agent you will:

• Monitor and manage incoming support tickets in ServiceNow.
• Categorize, prioritize, and assign tickets according to internal procedures.
• Provide first-line support by investigating and resolving common issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or other departments.
• Ensure timely updates and clear communication with users throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• Assist in updating internal documentation and support materials for releases.
• Gather and organize feedback from users after each release to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1 to 5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English; French is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Experience working with European Institutions is a significant plus.
