Job Description

My client is a fantastic software company who develop marketing leading manufacturing, supply chain and distribution software.Established 5 years ago, they have built an impressive clientele which covers companies within the logistics, manufacturing, WMS, automotive and food sector.

They are small in size at 11 strong are seeking number 12. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this growing company at this early stage of their evolution.

Working within a small team, the successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support to their clients, analyse problems and identify the best possible solution to meet their client’s needs.

For this role they are seeking a candidate who has upwards of 2 years of the following: -

• Experience supporting Software systems such as ERP, WMS, ECM, Manufacturing, Accounting Software, Document Management Software etc.
• Strong IT technical knowledge – Windows, Networking, Servers and handheld devices (Windows Mobile).
• MS SQL Server knowledge ability to write queries.
• Excellent knowledge of Desktop and Server Hardware.

This role is paying upto £33k depending on experience + benefits and certified and ongoing training.
