Job Description

To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an Application Security Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Support the integration of security across the SDLC, collaborating closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Perform static and dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST) and assist in the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.

• Configure, administer, and optimize application security platforms (SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF, API security tools).

• Support application penetration testing, analyze findings, and coordinate remediation plans with developers.

• Act as a liaison between penetration testers and development teams, ensuring efficient communication, tracking, and closure of issues.

• Assist in risk assessments for web applications, APIs, and microservices.

• Contribute to security automation within CI/CD pipelines.

• Support container security, including container image scanning, vulnerability identification, and policy enforcement.
