Job Description

Provide technical support and maintenance for .NET applications (C#) and related systems.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy updates, patches, and enhancements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.

Proven experience in development or application support, ideally 2+ years.

Strong knowledge of .NET Framework (C#), MS-SQL/MySQL, Scripting (PowerShell).

Experience with application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with software deployment and maintenance processes.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
