Application Program Manager - Associate Director - Oil & Gas

We are currently seeking an experienced Application Program Manager to oversee and optimize application lifecycle management and ensure the seamless delivery of application services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing application development, deployment, and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Requirements:
• Experience: A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in application management or program management, with a focus on software development and delivery.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and experience with application development tools and platforms.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
• Performance Metrics: Experience in defining and tracking application performance metrics to ensure optimal user experience.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and provide cost-effective solutions for application services.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in application performance and management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities and stakeholder engagements.
