✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?✍️
Fluent English (B2–C1 level) – written and spoken.
Strong expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Ansible, or PSADT.
+3y experience with software packaging tools (e.g., Flexera Admin Studio) and distribution platforms like Microsoft SCCM or Intune.
Solid understanding of MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, and enterprise-grade software packaging standards.
Knowledge of networks, databases (SQL, MongoDB), and basic development concepts including API management.
Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or similar service management frameworks.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Bonus points if you have:
A degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
Hands-on experience creating complex software packages in large-scale corporate environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple packaging requests from start to finish, prioritizing efficiently across teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software packaging requests: from intake and analysis to packaging, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to understand requirements, propose optimal solutions, and ensure smooth delivery.
Design, build, customize, and maintain high-quality software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin) compliant with corporate standards.
Automate packaging and deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, or PSADT to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Deploy software across corporate devices via Microsoft SCCM and Intune, ensuring seamless user experience.
Document all processes, incidents, and resolutions, while actively contributing to workflow improvements.
Provide Level 3 technical support for packaging-related issues and lead root cause analysis.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs, delivering regular reports on request status, incident resolution, and service performance.
Participate in cross-functional IT projects and contribute to the evolution of the Application Delivery service.
