Dein künftiges Aufgabenfeld:

• Konfigurierung und Überwachung der Applikationen und Systeme unserer Kunden. Besonders spannend ist bspw. die Betreuung von über 120 aktiven Applikationen eines großen Telekommunikationsanbieters

• Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden

• Administration der Applikationen und Systeme, Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs und die aktive Mitarbeit an deren Weiterentwicklung

• Teilnahme an wechselnden Rufbereitschaften, die im Team gemeinsam koordiniert werden

• Analyse und Behebung von Applikationsstörungen und Durchführung von Deployments und Changes
