Who we are looking for
As Infrastructure Engineer for GlobalLink Technical Operations Team, you will responsible
for Production Management Operations Support for GlobalLink and Global Markets
Applications and Systems. Work with cross functional teams within IT, Business, Product,
Sales and Help Desk in GlobalLink/Global Markets/GTS organizations. Support bank’s
cloud initiatives and security posture for compliance and regulatory requirements. This role
will be a part of US TechOps/DevOps Team supporting global client needs for the firm.
This role can potentially be performed fully remotely from home within the United States
area. When there is a need or requirement to report to the office, the management team
will communicate and work with the candidate to show up in the office as mandated by the
management.

What you will be responsible for
As Infrastructure Engineer for GlobalLink Technical Operations Team you will
• Provide second level support for GlobalLink Applications
• Build next generation infrastructure to support new initiatives
• Quickly diagnose and resolve issues across multiple functional areas (server,
network, storage etc)
• Provide operational support for Security and Compliance Management
• Execute Change Management tasks in Production, UAT and Development
environments
• Contribute towards on-going migration tasks in the areas of Maintainability,
Performance, and High Availability
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations on improvements
• Work closely with Engineering and Development teams in order to deliver a highly
available and resilient system
• Participate in on-call rotation and perform weekend maintenance tasks
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role -
Experience/Skills Required: Total 3+ years of IT experience:
• Scripting/Programming experience (Python, BASH, Ansible, Terraform)
• Strong familiarity with web servers (specifically Apache/NGINX)
• Linux system administration knowledge (preferably RedHat/CentOS)
• Knowledge of network concepts (TCP, UDP, Load Balancing, NAT, FW, etc)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (ability to detect, isolate, and resolve issues anywhere
from the kernel up to the application and network layers)
• Working knowledge of cloud is must, with good experience in automation. AWS is
preferred.
• Experience work on CI/CD Tools, Artifactory systems (JFrog, Nexus)
• DEVOPS experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or an IT related
field
• Certification on cloud platforms is a plus

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $118,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
